Intermittent lack of any power on trying to accelerate.
Main dealer says it needs a new turbo because the "boost activation is sticking".
Anyone had any experience of this? Any other (cheaper) remedies to suggest?

Remove turbo and get it cleaned by one of the specialist companies in that field?
