Courier to move bike from Essex to Southport - ukjazz
Your suggestions & recommendation for a reliable courier who can transport my new green transport machine - a bicycle for journeys less than 4 miles - from down south to Southport lancs.
Need a tried and tested firm

UPS? Parcelforce? Give them a call. Doesn't the shop you're buying from have an arrangement with a courier firm?

Maybe cheaper to buy a bike rack? Or if you can, hire a van or car (with rack) on a one way hire (Available with bigger car and van rental firms) and DIY.
Otherwise package it up and contact DHL,TNT,FedEX, parcel force, UPS etc may do it for £20 - £30??.

Southport is in Merseyside, not Lancashire (much to the chagrin of many of the residents)..:-(

1974 was not a very good year in some respects.

If you go on-line to the various couriers' websites, you should be able to find out how much each would charge.
