can anyone tell me where to locate the temp sender on a 1999 1.3 enduro fiesta

Which one; air or coolant? Why do you need to find it?

coolant temp sender not getting any reading on the gauge gonna change sender

Follow the dipstick tube down the back of the engine; it's next to the coilpack. A little grey 2-pin jobby.

Some versions of the 1.3 [there are dozens] might still have had the single wire gauge sensor on the head; but most would use networked info from the engine management sensor.
