Does anyone know where I could get the female plug for my LAMBDA sensor. I/or my wife have driven over something and completely ripped not only the Pre CAT lambda senor off but also the femal plug it plugs into!!

I would think the parts are available from Bmw main dealer.If this sensor is very low down ,I would guess this is post cat sensor.(may be one of two).

If this is a post-cat sensor; then maybe get an aftermarket sensor, of the type with in-line crimp connectors and do away with the plug completely.
[Not a piece of advice I'll often give..... Soldering the joints would be preferrable.]
