96 2.1TD removing instrument panel. - cholin
Can't get started on this as I can't remove the facia!! I have consulted my Mr Haynes and removed three screws as instructed. I have then inserted a screwdriver again as instructed and levered away at various points but nothing moves.
Any advice, preferable detailed, will be greatly appreciated.

Yes do the above and then drop the steering rake to its lowest setting, pull the steering wheel (with its housing)as far towards the seat as you can, and then it is just a case of gentle levering...............up to brute force, and out it will come. Start nearer to the vent, this may be the best starting point.

I have had mine out at least twice!
