Which car is more spacious inside - 206 or Focus - perleman
Having a debate in the office over which car is more spacious inside for 4 adults sized as follows:

1 x 6 foot man
1 x 5 foot 10 fat man
1 x 5 foot 6 fat man
1 x 5 foot 3 slender lady

The cars on offer are a Peugeot 206 vs. a mark 1 Focus hatch

Views please for which offers best comfort

Focus - it's more the size of a 307/Golf/Astra not a class smaller 206

I thought the answer was obvious - a diesel Mondeo ;-) I'll get my coat.

Seriously the Focus is quite a bit bigger and therefore should offer more interior space.

Difficult to know how to put this in a non-offensive way but suffice it to say that we have some neighbours who are a bit on the large side. Pie lovers perhaps? I don't know, but they do seem to rather "fill" their Focus. Think I might also advise going up a size given this potential payload.

Swap one of them for a previous-model Honda Civic - there's far more room in the back than you'd think for the length of the car. (The new Civic is inferior in this as in many other respects.)
