Hi folks,

I'm having some issues with the front passengers headrest, it just doesn't stay up. Within minutes of raising it to the desired height it just slowly drops down with the vibration of the car. I suspect that it is the plastic clip in the top of the seat but I have no idea in how to remove this or whether I can even get a replacement. I have already tried pulling it out but am afraid that I might break it. Does anyone have any ideas as to how to remove it? Or any other ideas as to the cause?

It has been happening ever since I owned the car (about 2 years) but now that I've put my mind to fix it it is really frustrating and also quite dangerous!
