05 d5 Aftermarket LED bulbs - prm72
I've seen some aftermarket LED bulbs on a website that claim to last 50000 hrs, could i just pop these into my volvo ( direct replacement) without any messages coming up? Thanks.

I suspect these would trigger a bulb failure warning, as LED bulbs generally draw a much lower current than a traditional filament bulb, and most bulb failure warnings are based on current sensing.

I can't remember the last time I had a conventional bulb go.
