Hi all hope someone can me here, has anyone any idea how to decipher the numbers at the base of a screen. I need some help with them to establish if the glass has a tint or not

They are the maker and US and EU approval numbers and the original approval documents would tell you what was actually approved tho' many different screens could be on the same paperwork.It is unlikely that any screens are available without tint;just the degree of tint differs.
