Looks great fun if a little bit barmy. I would suggest a useful accessory would be to glue some tyre tread on to the top of the riders helmet to assist with emergency stops. Ouch.....!

At least with a Segway you can just step off it.
A solution in search of a problem, IMHO, but as a method of obtaining some publicity, it seems effective...
