£36000 for 112PS, 0-62 in 9.5 seconds and top speed limited to 106mph.
43.5mpg and CO2 rating of 129g/km.
My question is why ? If you took it in to central London it would cost you after October as the exhaust emissions are not low enough to qualify for exemption from CC.
I just can't get my head around why someone would pay so much for so little.
A standard Smart Brabus is about half what this costs.

People don't buy stuff like this for logical reasons.
It?s about having something unique that allows for a bit of banter with you mates.
It?s just about showing off really, and there will always be people with the money and immaturity to sell to.
Wasn't there a Smart roller skate car some year ago, with no windscreen etc, I recall the fantastically talented Robert Williams buying one?

You can get lunatic performance from these for much less money. There are a few companies who do motorbike engine conversions, giving more than 180bhp. Gets to sixty in around 4 seconds!

Buy a motor bike and a decent car with the change.

Years ago there was a mad, rich German who was having Brabus make him a Merc done up as a taxi. He wanted it to look 100% correct and the major problem was get a roof mounted "Taxi" sign to stay on at 160+ mph!

I'm sure some taxi drivers around my home would have found him a fix for that.
