In summary, there is NO legal enforcement in place and will not be until October at the earliest. The legal expenses and the wages and costs of those contracted to provide enforcement but legally unable to do so will total £500,000. I forecast a senior honcho down there retiring with a vast index linked pension "To explore other business interests!"
