I drive a t reg 1.9 tdi I sharan and am looking to find the weight im allowed to pull with it. I was led to believe it is 2000kg.

Alhambra is the best of the Ford/Seat/VW trio of MPVs. A firmer ride but a decent drive and better value for money. Gutsy yet frugal 1.9 diesel.

You will be hard pressed to find a clutch that will cope with towing 2000kg if its a manual, 1600Kg is a struggle for one of these.12-1400KG range more suited. If its auto forget anything over about 1200KG & expect the auto box to expire very quickly. "2000KG is a massive weight to tow really more for suited 4x4 vehicles.Doc
