Can't say that I've done a Lexus, but the procedure is much the same for any engine.
Fit low compression, uprated pistons; stronger con-rods; a fully-redesigned crank and uprated bearings; stronger clutch, gearbox and drivetrain; bigger brakes; develop a new map for the ECU and get your insurer's engineer to certificate it before driving.
Oh - and fit the supercharger and drive.

Alternately-just buy one with a bigger engine.

there is a manufacturer approved s/c conversion for these by tte, they offer up to about 240bhp iirc and are about 5 grand if you can find one

My "uncle" Alan (friend of my Dad's) had a Triumph 2500 saloon with a Shorrocks aftermarket S/C kit fitted.
Being 12 at the time and a junior petrolhead, I was deeply impressed by all the angle iron, belts and plumbing this added to the motor.
It sounded fantastic too, at higher revs the blower used to whine like a Bassett hound that had been left alone in the house.
None of the above modifications were done AFAIK :-D although he could've done with better brakes, then he wouldn't have totalled it into the back of a lorry ...
