Vauxhall Zafira B (2005 - ) - seats question

The HonestJohn review of the Zafira B says:

"Restyled Zafira with same Flex 7 seats, but centre seats modified so outer two can move closer if middle seat not being used"

Try as I might, I just can't work this out myself, and the manual says nowt on the subject. Anyone got ideas or was John being less than Honest ;-)

Well, you can't do that with my Zafira B (2006 Design model), that's for sure.

Wasn't the C-Max that did something like this?

I think the Meriva can do that trick as can the Signum but not my 2006 Zafira B. There is a Zafira mid-life facelift model out now or very soon, so is Honest John reviewing one of these?
