Worked a treat on the rubbing strips on side of car that had been marked.
My cars now have no rubbing strips or are painted.
If trying to take polish etc out of unpainted rubbing strips - peanut butter works.

I haven't used this product, but I have had good results with some US stuff called 'Forever Black'. It is a trim dye, not really a renovator or polish (tried those without success) and available on ebay and by post from several companies (you can google it). I saw it recommended on the Detailing World forum and paid around £10 for a bottle which would probably do the trim on 3 cars.
