Car passed MOT
Lambda reading was at the upper limit (1.03) - any concern?
Driver side driveshaft is the cause of the 'clunking' noise... the tester said typically they can 'clunk' for ages and it isn't dangerous yet; is this a fair comment?

Lambda reading of 1.03....Any concern? NO!
Driveshaft noise? Drive it until it gets real bad. It won't be dangerous, IMO

My citroen ZX has made an intermitent rumbling noise when turning left for the two years that I have owned it now but has passed both MOTs without a problem despite this, mentioned it to the tester and he replied that a lot of older cars suffer from some driveshaft noise when turning and not to worry about it.
