What superminis other than the Yaris and Twingo have sliding rear seats?
Looked at a Yaris today and the loadspace is very good with the rear seats adjusted, its as big as the next car size up by the look of it.

Hi Stu. You don't mention if you are after new or used. It was available on the Smart ForFour - standard IIRC. I had one for a while and it totally transformed the space available behind the seats to being dog friendly when needed, granted you wouldn't want to want to use the rear seats for overly long. I found it useful.

No longer available, and suffered I think unfairly because of the 'poor mans merc' image - and I thought quite hight servicing, however shared much of it's running gear and engines with Mitsubishi Colt.

Driving was a joy, and the deisels got good feedback. Have a run out Brabus edition now for circa 10k.

My wife has a 2005 Colt and the rear seats slide with 30/70 split that proves very useful when we need to alter legroom/boot space ratio - there is about 8 inches of travel. The front passenger seat also folds flat forwards if you require quick space for long loads too. Hers is the 5 door but the (prettier) 3 door offers the same facility. The rear seats are also completely removable but due to the weight of them you would probably not want to do this regularly.

Good to drive too, if a little noisy.

Nissan Note does, had one as a hire car a 1.4SE for 2 weeks earlier this month. Nice car i thought with really good handling for it's class. Not quite a super mini though?

Thanks for all the suggestions. Meriva is a nice car but very overpriced unfortunatly for what is basically a Corsa with headroom and a few interior tricks. Same really goes for the Modus/Note.

I didnt know the Colt had the sliding rear seats, I shall go have a look at one.

I thought the Meriva was a cross between some previous model Corsa and Astra parts....

Micra does as well, apparently.
