An aerosol can of silicone spray is a good start.
Squirt a little into the window guides and the rubbers which the glass comes into contact with as it moves up and down. Work the glass up and down a few times and I bet this fixes it.
Any stickiness in the guides or the rubber will be more noticeable on the way up, as the motor is not only having to overcome the weight of the glass, but the glass itself will "lean" more heavily on the guides than it does when the window goes down.
Cheers DP
