Renault Scenic (1999 - 2003) - 03 changing console display bulb

03 changing console display bulb - Fiesta Fanatic
Hi

My Scenic (2003) has a central console that shows information such as CD track, time and temperature. Over Christmas we noticed that the left side of the display had dimmed... duly followed by the right... I'm assuming there are bulbs behind it (the information is still displayed, and is correct, but is very dim).

How the hell do I get in there to change the bulb?

Any advice would be appreciated.
