02 Doors unlocking - new2012
Daughter's 52 Picassso is sometimes difficult to lock with remote and very often unlocks itself sometime later. Same as skap7309 it seems. Anyone any ideas?

A sticking doorlock would be my first thought.

I would go with sticking locks too.
My Xsara hatch went through a phase of this last winter, I would sometimes go to the car in a morning and find it had unlocked its doors during the night.
I got a can of silicone spray lube and sprayed it well into the door latch mechanisms on each door, and opened & shut the doors several times. Since then it seems to be fine.

Thanks chaps. Used WD40 on all doors checking after each but no change. Some improvement when used on hatch door. Now works often but door has to be slammed occasionally. Will try again with silicone as suggested.
