im due an engine oil change very soon, is comma lite semi synth any good or can any one recommend a suitable alternative , the service manual suggests sae 5w-30 or 10w-30 but the oil guide in halfords recommends 10w-40 ? any pointers would be appreciated thanks ....mj

Always go with the manufacturers recommendations.

Comma Lite is OK, as is Halfords own brand 5W/30 semi synthetic (grey coloured container, from memory)
