Saw about 15 minutes and all I saw was moaning about speed cameras and traffic wardens - very little about road pricing. Heard it all before and bored with it.

I notice he was driving a new Mini Clubman - hideous.

Poorly made programme, watched the whole thing and learned not a jot.

Unfortunately government and press still don't understand that the car is the ONLY option for a considerable number of people. They need to start to design things to accept this. Main people don't live in hugely over populated cities, just ordinary towns where poor road design and decisions cause traffic chaos.
