My Octavia 110 tdi has two flat spots under light throttle loads at about 1800-1900rpm and again at 2300-2400rpm approx.
M.P.G is exellent at about 55-60 mpg and overall pormance seems fine
Has anyone had similar probs? The MAF sensor looks to be quite new!
As it's a 110 I take it is non PD therefore it could easily be a kinked or holed Turbo hose I had both in a VW Sharan. Bosch specialists are usually good at this stuff !
The MAF sensor may be new; but if it didn't come from a dealer, then it stands a good chance of being counterfeit rubbish - allegedly "genuine" MAF sensors are absolutely everywhere.
A good diesel specialist should be able to discover the problem.
