Hi,

Looking at a BMW for my wife from this company has anyone had any dealings with then and if so how did you find them, good or bad?

They're just up the road from me. A friend bought a 2003 320d Sport from them last year. Car is fine, and they were good to deal with, although I didn't think the deal was earth shatteringly good. Reasonable yes, but not significantly cheaper than a BMW main dealer IMO.

My BIL nearly got a 530 from them a few weeks ago - the deal went sour when there was a slight error in the "Full Service" history that could not be satisfactorily dealt with!! But please bear in mind I have only heard one side of the story!

BMW dealers have more 1 series in stock than they can advertise ....for example one I know advertsised 5 but had 18 in stock made up of their own demonstrators plus BMW mangement stock etc but BMW are well managed and they don't want to look over stocked but the majority are.

Unless this dealership has an exception deal - dealers close to home could offer a good deal you just have to work at them a bit !!

Tried to strike a deal there last year but was not prepared to take their low px figure. Stock was interesting but there was no desire to bargain on their part.

i bought a car with them in january this year. bmw 1 series 55 reg. i had a bmw 320i to trade in on an 02 plate and i must say james who i dealt with really did do his best for me to get a good price part ex. i live in the north west and i got 1000 pounds more part ex off these guys than i did up here.
i am more than happy with my car and i wouldnt hesitate to recommend them to anyone
else. i dont know what there finance deals are like as we did a part ex and a cash sale so on that side of things i cant really say. but on the whole i found it an enjoyable experience and james made it all really easy for us.
