Details available on Citroen's website - boxsterboy
New Citroen Nemo van details available on www.citroen.com. They insist that it is an addition to the range rather than a direct replacement, but I suspect the Berlingo will soon fade away. It looks good to me!

The French firm says its new Nemo light van will make its debut at the Rai truck show in Amsterdam, on 25 October. The new van is designed for urban work and has a load volume of 2.5m3 that can be extended to 2,8m3 by folding the passenger seat. There is also a folding internal bulkhead, asymmetric rear doors and sliding side door options. Payload potential is 610 kg within an overall length of 3.86m. Citroen says the wide range of door and internal layout options will mean that the Nemo will prove very versatile and the firm is confident of a good reception when it announces UK price and specification details in 2008. Power is either petrol or diesel and there is an automated transmission option on the diesel model.

Bet Peugeot and Citroen change the name of this van for the UK market to something more 'manly' as they do with vans in their current range!

well done devonboy78,looks good,----------- but why on a working van do they not put proper bumpers rather than expensive plastic fripperies connected to even more expensive headlights?

I would guess it's to do with pedestrian (and maybe passenger - they'd be part of the impact absortion 'system') safety?

Bet Peugeot and Citroen change the name of this van........

Particularly as nemo is Latin for 'no-one'!!

Let's hope that doesn't sum up its UK sales :-)

Bipper? Blimey, can't see that name going down too well in 'white van man land'.

Sounds more like a public school nickname. What-ho!
