Anyone know if the 307 2.0HDi 110 has an Intercooler system and if so, could be it fitted to the 2.0HDi 90 version.

What my mate is really trying to find out.
Has the Peugeot 307 2.0HDi in both versions 90bhp and 110 bhp have intercoolers.
Yes they both do or No, one has but not the other, if so which.

There are a lot of variations on the HDi; but as a general rule, the 90 doesn't and the 110 does.
There should be no insuperable reason why an intercooler can't be fiited [if one does not pre-exist] and the power altered to 110bhp by simply adding a Peugeot P-box.

Thats what I thought where one would have an Intercooler and the other not.
But what is a Peugeot P-box.

A P-box is a little gizmo that turns up the power from 90 to 110. Unlike the idiot "chippers" it actually works - and it's PSA supplied and approved if fitted along with an intercooler.
Ask your dealer - they should have details. Haven't seen one for a few years; but should still be available.

I can't find any link to this P-box as you mentioned using Google, have you a link for info about this etc.

I only knew of it through the dealers that I do jobs for. Peugeot may have dropped them now - they kept them pretty quiet.
