Still, no doubt a very good car though - HJ liked the one he got for test drive didn't he?

Tried it but got "page can't be found". The KIA Magentis probably is the best car in the world in South Korea, just like any hot dog stall in New York does the best hot dogs in the (known) world. But this is not a car that should be joked about. For £13k it's very good value, goes well, sounds good and handles reasonably.

Thanks for the link, Dan. That worked. What a superb car the Magentis is. Perhaps they should have called it the KIA Superb, but they couldn't because a former skip manufacturer ('dumpster' in American) has already half-inched that name for its new stretch limo.

Good value, as HJ says, and probably stupendous value after a couple of years. Anyone care to guess what the residuals are like?
I drove behind one for a bit recently - it went well and I thought it looked better than many large saloons.
