I had the same problem - apparently you're supposed to phone and explain your technical problem to a call centre person who wont have a clue what you're on about...and then explain it to someone else all over again when they don't understand and pass you on.
I emailed the head bloke in the UK, and didn't even get an acknowledgement, so emailed Germany. About two weeks ago I had what they call a 'holding reply' so at least I know they've read it, but am still waiting for a response.

I think that you are being highly optimistic to use the words VW, Customer, Service and Help in the same sentence.
My experience from speaking to them, and it is only mine, is that they have no interest in doing their jobs at VW UK HQ.

I have a service contract which needs adjusting for mileage and contacting them is impossible. i think VW after care needs a big improvement.
