03 Berlingo - Wet passenger footwell - lassiebella
Hi
I have water in my Citroen Berlingo passenger footwell. Does anybody know where it is coming from please? I have recently bought it (it is an 03 multispace Desire). Any help will be greatly appreciated. Thanks

I know this will sound daft, but have you checked the passenger window is wound up properly? With all this rain there is a chance even the smallest gap will allow a lot of water in.

As you will see, I've had the same problem. I had it in to two different garages for investigation, but I never found the source. It has not happened for over a year now. This may be because I used to park on a slight slope, but now park on a level surface.

we had a similar problem with our piccasso and what we found is that it,s a rubber pipe has a conection that runs from the engine to the heater matrixand that there should be 2 bolts holding this together but we found only 1 which we think is a manufacturing fault hense the reason why it slightly leaks inside the cabin!
