Computer generated Mk1 Escorts - Group B
Just been browsing around for something else and found this website, and thought some of you might be interested. Features renderings of Mk1 and Mk2 Escorts and Mk1 Capris; which look really rather cool IMO...

Wow! They are absolutely amazing!

I might be making a fool of myself here, but are they all CGI?

Yes it appears so, after a first glance it took me a bit to register that they were all CGI. Check out the home page and 'behind the scenes'.

My brother does some 3D modelling and animation; if I show him this it will make him sick!

Absolutely amzing, at first glance they looked real to me. In my view they are a real work of art and must have taken a huge amount of skill and effort to create. As you say, anyone who has tried 3D modelling will apreciate just how difficult it really is.

They are good - Ford did some calendars years ago with amazing airbrush pics and I guess this carries on the tradition and CGI is probably less difficult than airbrush. (I've done a bit of CGI but no airbrush)

The CGI I did included a restyle of the Morgan Aero 8 to make it look something resembling attractive!

Superb though strangely unlike the rest the white std Twin Cam has rectangular lights, IIRC it was only the GT and XL that had rectangular lights.
