Does anyone know where the current regulator resides for the DIM/DIP option on a 1998 A6 1.8T. Regards Peter

As the necessity for dim-dip disappeared around '92; I'm amazed that there IS a dim-dip option.

There's nothing listed in my basic location info for even the earlier >97 model.

Does it really have it?
