yesterday i was doing a three point turn on a "no through road"
there were cars parked on both sides, but there was an a lowered curb which i could use to do a three point turn.
of course it worked out to an 8 point turn or something cos of lack of space.
so i had turned my car round and i was slowly inching forward cos i cudnt see anything to the left because of the parked cars.
still seeing nothing to the left, i moved forward. and suddenly i've gone into a car.
this car pulled out of his space, and drove straight and I WENT INTO HIS DRIVERS DOOR.
he says he didnt see me. i couldnt see anything because there was a van blocking my view. so i basically inched forward and then not seein any cars, i pulled out and there he was.
who's at fault? initially i took the fault, but thinking now, i dont think its my fault!!

I think you were right first time. You entered the carriageway when it was not clear to do so.

Sorry you are 100% bang to rights guilty
