As the title suggests i'm having problems with my 92 model Ford Escort on an L plate. It is an LX model and has electric front windows which have both decided to stop working. I've checked the fuse but it seems fine. Thought it was a bit strange for them both to stop working together? Can anyone shed any light on what may be the problem? Help would be appreciated!!!

There is presumably a relay although whether it is shared by the two windows I wouldn't know but its probably a good place to start.

you need to check the wiring that goes from A post to door on the drivers side for starters looking for broken wires in the rubber tube that connects the two
