Hello,
I hope someone can offer some advice here....
Can anyone tell me how to replace the actual rubber in a bosch aerotwin wiper blade. I own a peugeot 307 and a whole new set of front replacement blades is going to cost me 50 quid, although I've seen some replacement rubbers for a fraction of that cost, although I'm not sure how to take the old rubbers out.

AFAIK its not possible to replace just the rubber on these fancy wipers because they're glued and crimped together. I may be wrong though.

I've just got some new genuines for £10 plus postage off Ebay for my VW Passat.
Worth a try.

You take them off car, see which end is crimped (try sliding wiper along back and forth it won't move at the crimped end) prise off the end cap, bend the crimp tabs with a screwdriver, slide the rubber out, cut new one to same length, slide in bend crimp back, and slide end cap on.
Taking end cap off is the hardest bit, it usually flies off.

Thanks for the advice. I did buy some replacement rubbers, although I think they have changed the design of these because the rubber wiper and rubber fin was one piece.
Thanks.

Are you sure they are Bosch Aerotwins, as Peugeot use Valeo ones.?
