I'd like to something like this used as a basis for some proper diver education. Common sense for the most part, but seemingly mostly not practised by most drivers.

Not sure I agree with (3) though.
Yielding is good in principle, but if the speeding fool behind you thinks differently.....
Just a case of staying alert and don't blindly follow rules!!
