Hi,
I have misplaced my owners manual and need to change the clock within the manufacturer's stereo forward for BST. I have tried pressing buttons at random but no luck!
The car is the 2004 model
Can anyone help?
Thanks in advance.

There are two reset trips on the E46 - use the R.H.S one with the ignition key in at least position 1, (engine can even be running) turn clockwise to advance.

Hi Chukter thanks a lot for your reply. Have checked but can't see the reset trips.
I'm probably being thick here but this is the clock embedded in the stereo display and not the car dashboard display and i'm thinking the resets are for maybe for the didital display in the dashboard?
Any clarification would be welcome.
Thanks again

The resets consist of black knurled knobs that protrude from between the lower part of the instrument clusters. It is imperative after you have turned the knob, to hold it in the turned position, as there is a slight delay before they start to operate. The same reset trip alters the time in the stereo display as well as the digital dashboard display.
