Having seen some of Renaults newer offerings & what a right pig of a job it is to change a simple headlight bulb I wouldnt for the life of me want to take on the job of changing one.

What, anti-roll bar and radiator out sort of thing?

£15 sounds like the basic charge, should have been a quick change ?

Did you think of having a go yourself?
I wonder how many other issues will arise with your Modus that once upon a time you may have been able to do yourself, but now have to pay someone to do. Replace a fuse, for example.
Will this be your last Renault?

Did it myself a few weeks ago. Wasn't that bad - involved a bit of head scratching until I worked out what bolts needed to be undone. Reckon I could do it in 15 minutes next time.
If you don't have access to a good socket set it probably would be worth £15 for someone else to do it.

Forgot to mention - no anti roll bar or radiator out needed. Just a few bolts and the font bumper cover needed to be removed (actually I just pulled it back far enough to get access to the headlight bolts. Easy job once you know what is involved.

Not the sort of thing you would want to do at the roadside though, if a bulb went while on a journey.
