I haven't actually done a Clio wing (did a Renault 18 a few moons ago and it's not that different!) but my mum has a 1994 1.9 diesel Clio that I look after and the wings look like a doddle to come off. As I recall, bolts along the top and inside the 'door post'. You'll probably have to take off the bumper (not sure about how exactly - check with a Haynes manual)
Replace with new wing, making sure you use some sort of mastic to seal it to the inner wing etc.
I seem to remember the old Renault 18 I did years ago had some really thick plasticky underseal sprayed up underneath that had to be cut through with a Stanley knife in order to get the old panel separated - Clios seem to have the same sort of stuff applied, so you might need to be patient chipping it away.
Give it a good powerwash underneath the wing first to see what you're doing.
Headlight will probably have to come off too, but that's perfectly straightforward on the 1994 Clio.
Replace the damaged underseal once you're finished.
Good luck!
