rover water leak

rover water leak - gasspringmaker
can anyone shed some light.
i have a 94 214 i wich has got a leak in the boot , thought it was coming in through the rear light seal, so i have re-sealed the light.
but still have a leak seems to be coming in above the light !
anyone have any ideas?

if you have a sunroof check the seals on there, also the boot seal.

yeah unfortunatley have no sunroof,boot seal was my second port of call have put a hosepipe round the bootlid , nothing seems to be leaking round the seal though.
also have removed all the panels from inside the boot to dry it out , nothing coming up through the floor?

Check the washer pipe has not broken in the tailgate

checked that as well all ok now have come to a grinding halt.
