Tv in car - greenhey
Just been looking at Ebay .I can't get the link into here but under car rental (?) someone's selling in-car TV monitors which replace sunvisors. OK you might think, except they are a pair, so there's one for the driver's side.
Scary thought, do you think there are people out there who find driving so boring they are watching TV as they cruise up behind you on the motorway?

Great idea.
Then you can use a mini keyboard on the laptop, and prop your notepad against the stearing wheel.

Yes there are plenty of people that stupid.

What about people who are parked eating their sandwiches, or poseurs impressing the teenaged girlfreinds with the latest hip hop rubbish.

Yup bought a pair year before last , not able to replace the original visor due to the fixing alignment I made a strap fitting for the passenger one and left the drivers one in it's box. (Missus happy as could watch the film the kids were watching).

Having changed car I discovered that I could fit them (with modification) to my new car.

Fitted the passenger one (used for DVD and rear view camera) and the 'drivers' one went into the roof in the rear (screen is bigger than the DVD player's own) to be flipped down when kids are watching a film.

Now I'm looking for a 4 inch screen (or similar) so it can be dedicated rear view.

No I don't watch while driving (if missus has it angled for her viewing it is mostly black to me, using it for rear view it has to be well 'forward' for a clear image my side)

Here you go. tinyurl.com/37fbue

Also been previously mentioned that you can also get rear view mirrors with inbuilt LCD monitors as well.
