itms me again quick recap i own a pug 306 1.9 td meridian t plate with 106 on the clock, the dial with which you adjust the heat has gone, it just turns round and round, without adjusting the temparature, and although it is on mildly warm at the moment in these cold days it is too cold and in summer it just adds to the heat, how would i go about getting this prob fixed and could you give a projected cost on this job, it would be very much appreciated, it also has a/c as well if that makes any difference. thanking you in advance

Sounds like the control is broke (basically the controls a wire)

Simply remove the front fascia and take a look) it sounds like the wire is no longer connect to the control

May I strongly suggest, If you have not done so already to buy a Haynes Manual for this car, I have had two DT's and the Haynes if very good.
