Coming out of Southend in Essex is a speed camera immediately before the de-restriction sign to stop you putting your foot down a few seconds early.

99% sure this one's been posted before. I thought it might have been by HJ, but couldn't find via a forum search.

AS,

open the image in your web browser. As it's a .gif image, I suspect that photoshop is only displaying the a static image and not an animated one.
