I think Cadillac has flopped in the UK. The only UK distributors are Pendragon group with about a dozen outlets and I think they are laying off some staff.
I'm suprised that GM are sticking with the 'Vauxhall' brand in the UK - but it seems they are. In the rest of Europe (inc. Ireland) its Opel and they have had a corporate makeover. I would have thought that Vauxhall could have done with this in the UK.

Agreed though have a look at a few modern Vauxhalls, actually very few Vaux badges, all mouldings etc are branded GM.
Re Cadillac, the CTS is an excellent mid size saloon, poor marketing is the issue.
