No idea who Charlie Tope is or what sort of programme "Gone in Thirty Seconds" is (searched DigiGuide and failed) but here's the cast of the Carry on Film. Maybe confused or a look alike? But not knowing who you refer to or the programme cannot comment.

It's "Sold in 60 Seconds". I'd have thought that Charlie Tope would have been pretty young when that Carry On film was produced. I mean it was nearly 40 years ago wasn't it?

The Charlie Toupe programme is pretty tame - he uses the same phrases every week - e.g. 'that'll fit the bill won't it'.
See the young whipper-snapper tell him where to get off a few weeks ago for buying him a Renault 5?? Great TV.
