As Om says 155/70tr13 is the size for your Micra. Any premium quailty brand will give a more than adequete performance. There is an altemative fitment, 165/65tr13...
The rolling radius of both sizes is effectively the same. You may find slightly more grip with the wider tyre, and you may also find a slightly better steering response with a 65 series profile. The price difference between the 2 sizes is minimal.
Altough I am a Goodyear fan, in T rated tyres I particularly like the grip and performance of the Uniroyal rallye 680, so much so that all our vehicles that require T rated tyres are fitted with this brand. Uniroyal ( part of the Continental tyres stable) are at the lower price end of the premium tyre spectrum, another advantage.

165/65tr13 Goodyear GT2 £35.00

I think you are being a bit unfair to tyrexpert. He quoted fully fitted prices and you have quoted non fitted. By the time you have had them fitted, balanced, new valve and disposal they will be more than he quoted.
Fully fitted on Blackcircles is £37.29 and £42.97 for the Goodyear GT's.
