Whilst on my way to Exeter to collect an Aga the eastbound carriageway was brought to a standstill because a minibus (judging from the size of the floorpan) was on its side.
There was at least one other car involved.
On travelling back westbound I noticed tailbacks for several miles. That was over an hour later.

Got caught in a 9 mile queue to the M5 eastbound on the A30 at 4pm-ish on Friday - nightmare road now. The single carriageway from the A30 joining the M5 is the problem there.
