When I had my Capri I ordered some ball joint rubbers from my local Ford Main Dealer.

Much to my surprise, they were actually available as spare parts!

No idea whether they can still be obtained in this way; I'm talking about several years ago.

Some makers do list them on their parts system (e.g. Mitsubishi).

I bought a set of many different sizes a few years ago to replace track rod end rubbers damaged by those awful fork type joint splitters you hit with a hammer. The trouble was they seem to be for 50s/60s/70s cars and none really was close enough in size or profile to use.

Replacement parts are so cheap these days the rubber gaiters are no longer available. As Victorbox as said, the joints today are much smaller, yesteryears boots are simply too big and bulky to fit.

If you really are stuck for replacement parts, and insist on replacing just the rubber boot, try a brake slave cylinder repair kit.
(With a bit of imagination) the dust seal fits fairly well on most ball joints, and with a dollop of grease, water and dirt are kept out.
