my girlfriend has been giving a mk4 vw golf 1600 for work use.....it appears how ever you drive it the revs sort of hang there when you change gear...making you look like your a really bad driver
is this normal that the revs hang up like that...i know vectras do it
is there a knack to driving them?

If it does it when you drive it aswell then there may be a fault in the Idle spepper motor. If the car is supplied for business use then let the company garage fix it. Regards Peter
