On a similar subject; anyone know what happened to the French forum on GSF Car Parts-it disappeared from their site ages ago now, the one where Andy moderated it. It was a great resource. Andyspares forum it used to be called.

frenchcarforum replaced the Andyspares one. Seem to remember that there was some problem with regard to GSF financing it - there is an explanation on frenchcarforum!!

Nice one that man. Yeah, I remember when I used to frequent the Andyspares one there was a bit of strife here and there about Jon, an IT dude at GSF running it and how they were going to shut it down etc. I recognise the names AndersDK and Alan S from the old forum.
Great, I find out where the forum went to, but it's shut by the time I get there. First to go, last to know.

It'll be back - frenchcarforum much more popular than citroenz which was also founded to replace Andyspares. Anders is still there (seems to know more about Cits than Citroen!!) as is AlanS from Aus and many of the "old timers" from Andyspares.

I know it was originally Andyspares, I've been a member for some 4years with the old & new, under another sign on name.
just wondered was that the end or some problems they had, as they did with Andys changing the servers now and then.
